TEL Forza Infrared Heater 

The robust TEL Forza models are suitable for both wall mounting and vertical ceiling mounting. The large reflector ensures optimal heating performance. The heater’s critical components are optimally cooled by its design. This feature is particularly important indoors, as there is generally less air circulation than outdoors. The units are extremely durable and designed for continuous operation (e.g. >8 hours per day). 

With this product range, you can heat individual work areas from 10 m² as well as implement full-area (zonal) heating solutions in halls.   

Key features: 

Efficient heat: Short-wave infrared heaters primarily heat surfaces rather than the air. Similar to sunbathing during winter sports, you feel warm even though the air temperature remains cold—without any UV radiation. This feature is particularly advantageous when warehouse doors need to be opened regularly or the hall is not extensively insulated.

Rapid heating: Short-wave infrared heaters provide instant warmth for surfaces and people without first having to heat the room air.

Zone-specific control: Our technology enables flexible, demand-based heating of different areas within open halls to optimise energy consumption.

Straightforward installation: Simple installation without extensive construction work minimises space requirements and preserves flexibility in the room layout. Electric infrared heaters can be installed not only in new buildings but also in existing properties. In these cases, installing underfloor heating or activating the concrete core is generally not a practical option. This technology also requires neither a gas connection nor a flue.

Environmentally friendly: Electric infrared heaters produce no harmful emissions, and with an appropriate electricity supply, carbon-neutral operation is even possible. This solution can help you heat in compliance with the German Building Energy Act (GEG) and achieve your ESG goals.

Power connection: 3 phases x 230 V, connection box, without cable, protected by a Type C circuit breaker. The 3 phases can be bridged and operated via a single 230 V phase; please observe the amperage.

Recommended installation height: 4–8 m at an angle of approx. 45° or 6–10 m for vertical mounting

Areas of application 

Picking table, packing table, desk in a hall, workstations at warehouse doors, workshop, sports hall, hall heating, workstation for machine and plant operators, church, marquee, etc. 

Installation and operation 

Installation: The wall brackets are secured to the wall with screws. Screws and wall plugs are included. Alternatively, the brackets can be mounted on the ceiling, or the heater can be suspended using chains (chains are not included).

Operation: Simple on/off switching with a wired switch (not included). Please contact us for suitable dimmers.

Maintenance: Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning or carrying out repairs. To ensure optimal heating performance, the reflector must be kept clean. Before switching on the heater, ensure that the heating tube is free of foreign objects (leaves, coarse dirt, etc.). Cleaning alcohol is suitable for cleaning the tube. In the event of a defect, the tube can be replaced within a few minutes (see operating instructions).
