TEL Forza Infrared Heater

The robust TEL Forza models are suitable for both wall mounting and vertical ceiling mounting. The large reflector ensures optimum heating performance. The heater’s critical components are optimally cooled by its design. This feature is particularly important indoors, as there is generally less air circulation than outdoors. The units are extremely durable and designed for continuous operation (e.g. more than 8 hours per day).

This product range can be used to heat individual work areas from 10 sq m, as well as to implement whole-area (zoned) heating solutions in a hall.

Key features:

Efficient heat: Short-wave infrared heaters primarily warm surfaces rather than the air. Similar to sunbathing during winter sports, you feel warm even though the air temperature remains cold—without any UV radiation. This feature is particularly advantageous when warehouse doors need to be opened regularly or the hall is not extensively insulated.

Rapid heating: Short-wave infrared heaters provide immediate warmth to surfaces and people without having to heat the room air first.

Zone-specific control: Our technology enables flexible, demand-based heating of different open areas in halls, helping to optimize energy consumption.

Straightforward installation: Simple installation without extensive construction work minimizes space requirements and preserves flexibility in room design. Electric infrared heaters can be installed not only in new buildings but also in existing properties. In such cases, installing underfloor heating or activating the concrete core is generally not a practical option. This technology also requires neither a gas connection nor an exhaust system.

Environmentally friendly: Electric infrared heaters produce no harmful emissions, and with an appropriate power supply, carbon-neutral operation is even possible. This solution can help you heat in compliance with the GEG (German Building Energy Act) and achieve your ESG goals.

Applications

Installation and operation

Installation: The wall bracket is attached to the wall with screws. Screws and wall plugs are included. Alternatively, the bracket can be mounted on the ceiling, or the heater can be suspended using chains (chains are not included).

Operation: Easy switching on and off using a wired switch (not included). We recommend operating the unit in combination with the 6.8 kW dimmer.

Maintenance: Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning or carrying out repairs. To ensure optimum heating performance, the reflector must be kept clean. Before switching on the unit, ensure that the heating tube is free of foreign objects (leaves, heavy dirt, etc.). Cleaning alcohol is suitable for cleaning the tube. In the event of a defect, the tube can be replaced within a few minutes (see operating instructions).
