Mobile adiabatic cooling systems for halls: economical alternative to air conditioning (without refrigerants)

Is it too warm in your hall during summer? Our mobile evaporative coolers (adiabatic air coolers) improve the working climate quickly, energy-efficiently and environmentally friendly – without climate-damaging refrigerants and without fixed installation.

  • Noticeably cooler through evaporative effect (depending on conditions up to approx. 10 °C)
  • Very low power consumption (e.g. 750 W for the OKM 22 for approx. 150–250 m²)
  • Mobile & flexible thanks to wheels, water tank, and optional fixed water connection
  • Industrial-grade for workshop, warehouse, logistics, and production halls

Rent for 1 month without obligation: Rental costs are credited upon purchase.

When halls overheat in summer: better working conditions without air conditioning

In many businesses, high temperatures arise in summer due to machine heat, solar radiation, and large hall volumes. Classic air conditioners are often expensive to purchase and operate in halls and require complex installation. Adiabatic cooling systems are a practical solution for many commercial applications: efficient, mobile, and quickly ready for use.

Advantages of adiabatic hall cooling (evaporative cooling)

  • Energy efficient: No compressor technology – therefore usually significantly lower power consumption than classic air conditioners.
  • Without refrigerants: No climate-damaging gases, no outdoor unit, no complex installation.
  • Fresh air principle: Continuous supply of cooled air instead of pure recirculated air.
  • Mobile & ready to use immediately: Set up, connect power, fill tank or connect water – done.
  • Optional with air treatment: Depending on the model, with ionizer/UV technology to improve air quality.

Important: The achievable temperature reduction depends, among other things, on starting temperature, humidity, Hall layout and air exchange apply. Please refer to the temperature table in the respective product.

How does adiabatic cooling work?

Evaporative coolers (also adiabatic coolers or mobile air coolers for halls) use the natural principle the evaporation:

  1. Warm air is drawn in.
  2. The air flows through water-soaked cooling pads.
  3. The cooled, slightly humidified air is released into the room.

The humidity typically rises only moderately (often about 2–5%) and is hardly noticeable in many applications.

Which size fits? Compare models by hall area

The area specifications are guidelines and depend on the application conditions. We are happy to advise you for a safe design.

Model Recommended area (guideline) Air output Power consumption Tank / Water Noise
OKM 05 up to approx. 50 m² 5,000 m³/h see product data 90 L (auto/manual) approx. 53/58/63 dB
OKM 12 approx. 80–150 m² 12,000 m³/h 500 W 70 L / 1/2" 54–63 dB
OKM 22 approx. 150–250 m² 22,000 m³/h 750 W 130 L / 1/2" < 70 dB
OKM 30 approx. 200–400 m² 30,000 m³/h 1,110 W 200 L / 1/2" < 70 dB

FAQ: Frequently asked questions about adiabatic hall cooling

How much does an adiabatic air cooler cool a hall?

Depending on the starting temperature, humidity, air exchange, and hall layout, a noticeable cooling is possible – under suitable conditions partly up to about 10 °C. The temperature chart in the respective product is decisive.

Does the humidity increase significantly?

In many applications, the humidity only rises moderately (often about 2–5%). The actual change depends on the application.

Do I need an installation like with an air conditioner?

No. Mobile devices are set up and operated with electricity and water (tank or connection). No refrigerants are needed. and no outdoor unit required.

How is the delivery carried out?

Due to the device dimensions, delivery is usually by freight forwarder on a pallet. Please plan depending on the model approx. 1 week delivery time.

Are there discounts when purchasing multiple devices?

Yes. With multiple devices, the proportional transport costs decrease – we are happy to create an individual offer.
