TEL Forza Infrared Heater 

The robust TEL Forza models are suitable for both wall mounting and vertical ceiling mounting. The large reflector ensures optimal heating performance. The design provides optimal cooling for critical components of the heater. This feature is particularly important indoors, as there is generally less air circulation than outdoors. The units are extremely durable and perfected for continuous operation (e.g. >8 hours per day). 

This range can be used to heat individual work areas from 10 sqm as well as to implement full-area (zoned) heating solutions in halls.   

Key features: 

Efficient heat: Short-wave infrared heaters primarily heat surfaces rather than the air. Similar to sunbathing during winter sports, you feel warm even though the air temperature remains cold – but entirely without UV radiation. This feature is particularly beneficial when warehouse doors need to be opened regularly or when the hall is not extensively insulated.

Rapid heating: Short-wave infrared heaters provide immediate warmth for surfaces and people without having to heat the room air first.

Zone-specific control: Our technology enables flexible, demand-based heating of different open areas within a hall, helping to optimize energy consumption.

Straightforward installation: Simple installation without extensive construction work minimizes space requirements and preserves flexibility in the room layout. Electric infrared heating systems can be installed not only in new buildings but also in existing properties. In these cases, installing underfloor heating or activating the concrete core is generally not a practical option. This technology also requires neither a gas connection nor an exhaust flue.

Environmentally friendly: Electric infrared heaters produce no harmful emissions, and with an appropriate power supply, CO2-neutral operation is even possible. This solution can help you heat in compliance with the GEG (German Building Energy Act) and achieve your ESG goals.

Applications 

Picking table, packing table, desk in a hall, workstations at warehouse doors, workshop, sports hall, hall heating, workstation for machine and plant operators, church, tent hall, etc. 

Installation and operation 

Installation: The wall bracket is secured to the wall with screws. Screws and wall plugs are included in the scope of delivery. Alternatively, the bracket can be mounted on the ceiling, or the heater can be suspended using chains (chains are not included in the scope of delivery).

Operation: Simple switching on and off with a wired switch (not included in the scope of delivery). We recommend operating the unit in combination with the 2 kW dimmer. 

Maintenance: Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning or carrying out repairs. To ensure optimal heating performance, the reflector must be kept clean. Before switching on the unit, make sure the heating tube is free of foreign objects (leaves, heavy dirt, etc.). Cleaning alcohol is suitable for cleaning the tube. In the event of a defect, the tube can be replaced in just a few minutes (see operating instructions).
