Havanna Infrared Heater

The Havanna infrared heater is available with either a powerful 2.4 kW short-wave Low-Glare infrared tube or a 2.0 kW carbon tube in the medium-wave infrared range. It is perfect for private use on balconies, patios or in the garden, combining attractive design with advanced technology. This patio heater can also be installed at a short distance beneath a pergola, awning or glass roof.

2.4 kW Low-Glare version
This model operates in the short-wave infrared range and heats surfaces rather than the air. It is ideal for open patios, where heated air would quickly escape.

2.0 kW Carbon version
The carbon tube emits virtually no reddish light and provides pleasant heat distribution. This technology also gently warms the air, making it better suited to sheltered areas or locations where reddish light is not desired.

Installation and operation:

Installation: The wall bracket is secured to the wall with 2 screws (not included).

Operation: The unit can be switched on and off using the side switch or the supplied TANSUN remote control. It can be integrated into a Somfy smart home system and is therefore controllable, for example, with a Situo Variation io or via the Tahoma app.

Maintenance: Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning or carrying out repairs. The reflector should be kept clean to ensure optimum heating performance. Before switching on, make sure that the heating tube is free from foreign objects such as leaves or heavy dirt. Cleaning alcohol is suitable for cleaning the tube. In the event of a defect, the tube can be replaced according to the operating instructions.
