Havanna Infrared Heater

The Havanna infrared heater is available with either a powerful 2.4 kW shortwave low-glare infrared tube or a 2.0 kW carbon tube in the medium-wave infrared range. It is perfect for private use on balconies, terraces, or in the garden and impresses with both design and technology. This patio heater can also be installed at a short distance under a pergola, awning, or glass roof.

2.4 kW Low-Glare Version
This model operates in the shortwave infrared range and heats surfaces rather than the air. It is ideal for open terraces where warmed air would quickly escape.

2.0 kW Carbon Version
The carbon tube emits almost no reddish light and provides a pleasant heat distribution. This technology also slightly warms the air, making it better suited for wind-protected areas or places where reddish light is not desired.

Installation and Operation:

Installation: The wall bracket is fixed to the wall with 2 screws (not included).

Operation: Easy on/off via the side switch or the included TANSUN remote control. The device can be integrated into a Somfy Smart Home system and can thus be controlled, for example, with a Situo Variation io or via the Tahoma app.

Maintenance: Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning or repairs. The reflector should be kept clean to ensure optimal heating performance. Before switching on, make sure the heating tube is free of foreign objects such as leaves or heavy dirt. Cleaning alcohol is suitable for cleaning the tube. In case of a defect, the tube can be replaced according to the operating instructions.
