Ready-to-Use Bundle: Infrared Heater 2kW with Dimmer

This appealing bundle includes the TANSUN infrared heater "Apollo" in a powerful 2 KW version, as well as a practical dimmer and push button. With this dimmer, you can conveniently adjust the heating power at the push of a button in four different levels. This allows you to set the power of the TANSUN infrared heater "Apollo" exactly as you wish to 100%, 66%, 50%, or 33%. When you reduce the heater's power using the dimmer, you also lower your electricity consumption.

With this device combination, you can easily heat an area of about 10 - 12 sqm, depending on mounting height and ambient temperature. Additionally, you have the option to use an optional wireless remote control to operate the dimmer remotely.

The following items are included in this "Ready-to-Start Bundle":

· Push button for control by pressing

You only need wiring for the push button and the power connection. Since these lengths vary greatly, they are not part of the bundle.

Apollo Infrared Heater

The robust TANSUN Apollo models are suitable for both wall mounting and vertical ceiling mounting. The large reflector ensures optimal heating performance. Critical components of the heater are optimally cooled by the design. This feature is especially important indoors, where there is usually less air circulation than outdoors. The devices are extremely durable and perfected for continuous operation (e.g., >8 hours daily).

Main Features:

Efficient Heat: Short-wave infrared heaters primarily warm surfaces, not the air. Similar to sunbathing during winter sports, you feel warm even though the air temperature remains cold – but without any UV exposure. This feature is very advantageous when warehouse doors need to be opened regularly or the hall is not heavily insulated.

Fast Heating: Short-wave infrared heaters provide immediate warming of surfaces and people without needing to heat the room air first.

Zone-Specific Control: Our technology allows flexible and demand-based heating of different open hall areas to optimize energy consumption.

Simple Installation: Easy installation without extensive construction work minimizes space requirements and preserves room design flexibility. The electric infrared heaters can be installed not only in new buildings but also in existing structures. In such cases, installing underfloor heating or concrete core activation is usually not a practical option. This technology also requires no gas connection or exhaust duct.

Environmentally Friendly: Electric infrared heaters produce no harmful emissions, and with an appropriate power supply, even CO2-neutral operation is possible. This solution helps you heat in compliance with the Building Energy Act (GEG) and achieve your ESG goals.

Installation and Operation

Installation: The wall bracket is fixed to the wall with 2 screws (not included). Alternatively, the bracket can be mounted on the ceiling or the heater can be suspended with chains (chains not included). The heater’s cable is connected to the dimmer. The dimmer must be wired to the push button and to a 230V power supply on site.

Maintenance: Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning or repairs. To ensure optimal heating performance, the reflector must be kept clean. Before switching on, the heating tube should be free of foreign objects (leaves, heavy dirt, etc.). Cleaning alcohol is suitable for cleaning the tube. In case of a defect, the tube can be replaced within minutes (see operating instructions).
